There have been some changes in the SIAMESE team. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to Astrid Krisch, even though the reasons are pleasant. Starting in May 2023, Astrid will take up a three-year postdoctoral position at the Global Centre on Healthcare and Urbanisation at Oxford College in the United Kingdom. As a replacement for Astrid, Emma Neuner joined us in April to provide support. Emma transitioned from sociology to spatial planning and is currently a master’s student in spatial planning and regional development at TU Wien. In May, Anna Aigner will also be back on board after a short break. Besides working on the project, Anna is employed in the sociology research department at the Institute of Spatial Planning at TU Wien. Thus, the new SIAMESE trio is complete.
